祝我身体健康

我常想，我的日子会否在我的身体机件逐一失去功能时，变得困难，乏味。

在过去的10天里，我尝试用我的左手生活。从起身刷牙，洗脸漱口，洗澡洗头发，梳妆更衣，吃饭...我都尝试只用左手。平常被忽略的左手忽然得到平反的，有了用武之地，而右手则轻轻地叹息！

这么努力的右手，这么多年都使用的右手，一年前筋腱出了问题，手指在每个夜晚都会发麻，吃了维他命E后得以舒缓。直到这个月，生日前两个星期，夜里被麻痹的，僵硬的手指痛醒直至天明。我无法忍受不能睡，不能眠的日子；无法忍耐右手的僵直麻痹疼痛形同废了。

医生马上建议动筋腱舒缓手术。

10天前，我又入手术室了。还是害怕，还是不安，担心生活上的细节左手应付不来..。

然后就这样在妈妈，帮佣和乐乐的协助下，我过了10天。除了左手很疲累，常常昏睡外，我右手的麻，僵，痛是减去了80％。却不时想着剩下的20％的麻，会完全康复吗？

心情灰蒙蒙的时候，幸好有乐和靖，他们同我一起祷告，祈求我身体健康。

Skiing in Hokkaido Niseko-Hirafu International Ski Resort

We took train to Niseko ski resort on 14th Dec. It would be a 5D 4N skiing trip. Riley was looking forward to this skiing trip since the 1st day arriving Hokkaido. We travelled from Hakodate to Niseko Kuchan town. It took us 4 hours+ with 1 transit stop at a small town before reaching Kuchan-Hirafu International Ski Resort, famous of it's powder snow:)

This was the one room apartment that we stayed in for our 4 nights skiing trip in Hirafu ski town. It was clean and nicely decorated. Most importantly, it has big glass windows that allows you to see snow falling all nights :)

All geared up for my very first ski lesson on this International ski ground....wow...I had a personal instructor who came from Australia. However, my 1st lesson was on a "Family Track", which was very challenging for me, a first timer. I couldnt ski with that heavy ski boots on my feet, I lost my balance on those slopes...I almost fainted when I was on a ski lift up the hill....OMG!

A great spread of Onsen Japanese Ryoli set up in our Tatami room during our stay in Noboribetsu -- A super Onsen ( Hotspring ) destination in Hokkaido.

I had a lot of fresh seafood in this Hokkaido trip...very yummy:)It was at Hakodate, the southern city of Hokkaido that I tasted very delicious, fresh Kani soup ( crab soup ), we all like it:)

Cold Winter Trip in Hokkaido

Beautiful white snow fell in Sapporo when we were there the very first day on 9th Dec. It was around -3 degree on that day. Riley was overjoyed to see the falling snow:) It was amazing to watch the white snow falling from the sky, it was like GOD is giving us a nice December holiday.

Sapporo Brewery built in 1876, it was renovated into a mega shopping cum food mall in 1993.

生日

每年的生日都充滿憧憬﹣希望朋友、愛人、親人相伴，心里總是期待那一份熱鬧和喜樂。十七、八歲的生日很多朋友圍繞，二十多歲的生日就有親愛的男友想盡法寶一起過，三十歲以候就只想愛我的人和我愛的人一起小慶祝一番。其實還是很在意身邊的人會記得我的生日，然後給我異想不到的惊喜。這樣的“少女“情懷雖然不符合現在的年齡，還是很“執著”地繼續擁有。
今年的生日對我來說是特別的。我希望我能快樂一點，能多忍耐一點，放心一點，健康一點。祝我生日快樂。

My Left Ear

去年十一月中，左耳忽然失去听覺能力，一切彷佛都靜止了。生命從來不曾這麼悲傷過！剛開始的時候，在清晨六點會對著鏡子流淚，然後嘗試按住右耳，自己說話給左耳听。我很害怕，很無助，怕一輩子就這樣了。一個這麼愛完美的我而今這麼不完美，我無法接受！雖然鋒在身旁，可是他的擁抱還是無法平服我的懮傷！
每晚都帶著沙沙轟嚮的左耳入睡，每晚都希望隔天醒來的左耳是听得見清脆聲音的。然而，每天都失望。作為一個天天听廣播，做廣播的人來說，這是否是天大的諷刺？我是一個ＤＪ啊！我的左耳卻再也听不到美妙的歌曲！我很害怕听不見孩子們可愛的聲音！
是DR C.T.Chew的樂觀讓我找回一點希望。他對我說，上帝是公平的，我們有一雙耳朵，失去左耳，還有右耳，不要以為這是世界末日。
而媽媽一向的處之泰然也讓我嘗試感恩。因為，“黑夜總會過去“！

原本要和樂樂飛往英國渡假的計划打散了，不去了。
我們到了西澳。這是Ｂusselton長長的碼頭。那天風很大，天很籃，我的左耳依然只听到沙沙聲嚮！
但是，我真的要感恩，因為有很多愛我的人。

Beautiful Mt Fuji

It was stunning to see such a snow cap Mt Fuji. It was my first encounter with the beauty, though I have been there twice. It was a wonderful short retreat in end March 07 with all my Y.E.S.93.3FM Djs.
